Safety and guidelines

• Harassment, threats, or hate directed at anyone, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
• Nudity or sexual content, and anything sexualising a minor — the latter is reported to the authorities as well as removed.
• Graphic violence, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Spam, scams, and engagement farming, including bulk-posting places you have not been.
• Photos that are not yours to post. Upload your own pictures of the places you went.
• Impersonating another person or account.

Every account, folder, place, and message has a report option. On a profile it is in the menu beside the follow button; on a folder or a place it sits next to the share button; in a chat it appears beside the other person's messages.

A person reviews every report within 24 hours. Reports are anonymous — whoever you report is not told who filed it. Depending on what we find, we remove the content, warn the account, or remove the account.

Blocking is immediate and needs nobody's approval. It closes visibility in both directions: neither of you can see the other's folders, places, or bucket list, neither of you appears in the other's search results or suggestions, and neither of you can send a message. Any follow between you is removed, in both directions.

The person you block is not notified. You can undo it from their profile or from the blocked list in your settings, but the follows that blocking removed do not come back on their own.

We tell you which rule was broken and what we removed. Reply to that message if you think we got it wrong and a person will look again.
